- When you have Pocket Geek Home working for you, call toll-free, 8 AM to 12 midnight (EST), for answers to tech questions or help with device errors and issues.
- We’ll provide expert tech support to help you get back in gear — any covered device, any brand, any questions.
- If your device needs service, we can do it by mail, at an authorized repair center or in home depending on device and repair type.
- If the device can’t be fixed, it’ll be replaced, or you may be reimbursed for the cost of replacing the item. A service fee for each repair or replacement may apply.
